Return, Exchange & Order Policies
Returns & Exchanges (Store Credit Only)
If an item doesn’t fit or you just didn’t love it, we accept returns for store credit only within 10 business days of purchase (or delivery date for shipped orders).
Order Cancellations
Orders placed and then requested to be canceled will NOT be refunded.
A store credit will be issued for any canceled order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged, please email us clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
All items are inspected before shipment, but small defects may occasionally be missed. If your item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Items must be reported before wearing, washing, or removing tags.
Please use caution when opening packages. Brumley’s Expressions is not responsible for cuts or damage caused by scissors, knives, or sharp objects when opening your package.
Return Requirements
Exchange Shipping
If an exchange is needed, the customer will ship the item back to us.
Once the item is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued.
The customer can then repurchase the replacement item as a new order.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:
Clearance (20%+ off), Deal of the Day, purses, makeup, soaps/lotions, accessories, loungewear, doorbusters, any items purchased on a Black Friday, Shop Small Saturday, or Cyber Monday deal, and bralettes are FINAL SALE.
If mailing a return, items must be shipped before the 10-day window closes.
Store credit is issued once the item is received and inspected.
Store credit only. No refunds.
Discount Codes
Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for exchange/store credit only.
Discount codes used at checkout cannot be re-applied to exchanged items.
Restock Fee
After three returned items, a 20% restock fee will be deducted from issued store credit.

Missing or Incorrect Items
If something is missing from your order or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of package delivery.
We will make it right by correcting the order or issuing store credit.
Store Credit Processing Time
Shipping Charges & Gift Cards
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you need a replacement shipped, new shipping charges will apply.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchange Timeframes
Local Pick-Up Orders
The 10-day exchange window begins on the date of purchase (not the pick-up date).
Items must be picked up promptly. After 90 days, unclaimed items are donated to a local school’s coat closet.
Shipped Orders
The 10-day exchange window begins on the delivery date shown on tracking.
Please inspect and try on items as soon as your package arrives.
