Processing & Shipping Days

Orders are shipped Tuesday–Saturday.

We are closed Sunday & Monday, so orders placed on those days will begin processing on Tuesday.
- Flat rate shipping of $8 is charged on every order, but we offer free shipping on orders totally $100 or more before tax. (This excludes $10.99 sale items as shipping will be charged on those orders no matter what the order total is).
Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

During high-volume times (sales, holidays, etc.), processing may take longer.
Express Shipping

If you need Express or Rush Shipping, please contact us before selecting this option to confirm availability.
Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

Once shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages once they are scanned by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier using your tracking information.
