We ship all orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and fully insure each package for the full purchase amount while in transit.
Orders are processed promptly — typically the same or next business day, Tuesday through Friday. Most packages arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped.
Free standard shipping on orders $125+
Flat-rate $8 shipping on all other orders
Express shipping orders ship Tuesday–Friday only
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your full order will ship together once the preorder item arrives. If you prefer in-stock items to ship sooner, please place separate orders.
Returns & Exchanges (Store Credit Only)
If something doesn’t fit or wasn’t quite what you expected, we gladly accept returns for store credit only within 10 business days of purchase (or delivery date for shipped orders).
Items must be unworn and returned within the 10-day window.
Mailed returns must be postmarked before the 10-day period ends.
Store credit is issued after the item is received and inspected.
No refunds. Store credit only.
