Did you receive your item damaged?
If your package was damaged upon arrival please email us a picture of the packaging and the damaged item. Each and every item that is sent out has been inspected to insure there are no damages, picks in the fabric, or sewing issues. However, small defect may go unnoticed. If your item was defective or damaged please contact us within 3 business days. Damages/defects need to be reported to us BEFORE wearing, washing, or removing the tags of the item. *PLEASE be careful opening packages. We will not be responsible for cuts in clothing due to opening the package.
Needing to return a item that was not the right fit or you just didnt love it?
Returns are accepted for a store credit within 10 business days of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. If the item was shipped the 10 day timeframe will start on the delivery date. Items must be unworn, free of odors, tags attached, and in the same condition the item was when purchased. We are not responsible for shipping fees for exchanges. Receipt must be present at the time of exchange. Clearance (anything marked 20% or more off), deal of the day, purses, make up, soaps/lotions, accessories, lounge wear, and bralettes are final sale- which means they are not eligible for exchange. If you have a item that will need to be returned to us by shipping the item must be shipped before the 10 day period is up and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please do not ship us any items back to us until you have received confirmation that your item is eligible for exchange. We want the items back in the same exact condition we sent them out to you in. ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. NO REFUNDS. Are you missing something from your order or was sent the wrong item?
If you notice that you are missing a item from your order or was accidentally sent the wrong thing please reach out to us by email within 3 business days of receiving the package to get you the right item or a store credit.
How long does it take to receive my store credit for my return?
Once the return is received to us via mail we will issue the credit within 3 business days. If you bring a return in store credit will be issued upon receiving the item.
Can I get a refund on my shipping charge or a gift card that was purchased?
When making a return shipping charges are not credited back. If you need a new item shipped out to you then you will also be responsible for the new items shipping charge. We do not return/refund gift cards. Once a gift card is purchased then its your (or the receiver if it is a gift).
When does the 10 day timefram for exchanging a item begin?
Local pick up: The 10 day timeframe begins on the date of purchase (not the pick up date). Items need to be picked up in a timely manner. After 90 days if items are not picked up we will donate those items to a local school for the coat closet.
Shipping: The 10 day timeframe beings on the date that the package was delivered. Please inspect items, try items on, and make sure the item is exactly what you want upon arrival.
Items are shipped for a flat rate of $8. We offer free shipping over $100. We typically ship orders Tuesday-Friday. Orders will go out same day or next day. Most packages will arrive between 3-5 business days, but we cannot guarantee this delivery timeframe. If you need your item overnighted or expedite shipping please reach out to us BEFORE placing your order. Once the order is placed we cannot guarantee that we will be able to overnight your order.
We cannot guarantee overnight orders that are placed Friday afternoon through Sunday night.

Tracking numbers are sent via email to the email address that was used at the time of purchase. If you notice that your package is not moving or has taken longer than usual to deliver we recommend talking to your local post master and possibly starting a claim on the package.
