Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 10 business days of purchase (or delivery date for shipped orders). We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment under any circumstances.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, free of pet hair, and in original condition with tags attached. A receipt or order confirmation is required.
All returns must be approved before being sent back. Any unapproved returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We can provide a return label upon request, and $8 will be deducted from your store credit total once the return is processed.
Please ensure your return is properly packaged—Brumley’s Expressions is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be in transit within 10 days of purchase or delivery. This means your package must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within that timeframe.
Returns outside of this window will be sent back at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
Final Sale Items

Return Limits & Restocking Fees
Customers are allowed up to 3 returned items within a 4-month period. After 3 items, a 20% restocking fee will apply to any additional returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Items must be reported before being worn, washed, or tags removed. We are not responsible for damage caused when opening packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Due to fast processing times, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If approved, cancellations will be issued as store credit only.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or are missing an item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Once verified, we will resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.
