Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 3 business days with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. All items are inspected before shipping, but small defects can be missed. Damages must be reported before wearing, washing, or removing tags. We are not responsible for cuts made when opening packages.

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 10 business days of purchase (delivery date for shipped orders).
