Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 3 business days with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. All items are inspected before shipping, but small defects can be missed. Damages must be reported before wearing, washing, or removing tags. We are not responsible for cuts made when opening packages.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted for store credit only within 10 business days of purchase (delivery date for shipped orders).

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, with tags attached, and in original condition.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping; please wait for confirmation before sending items back.

• Final Sale: Clearance (20%+ off), Deal of the Day, purses, makeup, soaps/lotions, accessories, loungewear, and bralettes.

• Receipt required for exchanges. No refunds.

Wrong Item or Missing Item
Contact us by email within 3 business days of delivery to receive the correct item or store credit.

Store Credit Timing

• Mailed returns: Credit issued within 3 business days of receiving the item.

• In-store returns: Credit issued at drop-off.

10-Day Timeframe

• Local pickup: 10 days from purchase date. Items not picked up within 90 days will be donated.

• Shipped orders: 10 days from delivery date—please inspect items immediately.

Order Cancellations
Canceled orders may not be eligible for cancellation, but if your order is able to be canceled, we will issue store credit rather than a refund. We aim to ship quickly, which is why we cannot guarantee cancellations.
