What: A refreshing blend of mint and coconut oil to help strengthen teeth, whiten, and remove toxins from the body. This all natural formula whitens teeth when used on a daily basis and improves overall oral hygiene and gum health. To use: Shake well. Swish one tablespoon of cocofresh pulling oil in your mouth for at least 2 minutes, ensuring it reaches all areas of the mouth. Try to work up to 20 minutes per use.

Spit oil into trash (never the sink-oil clogs pipes).

Rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Always brush your teeth after oil pulling.

Pro Tip: The longer the better: try to reach the goal of swishing for 15-20 minutes daily for best results.
